Probably not with current 3D cameras because they generally don't have the proper FOV or separation between the lens. The Rift needs a 90°x110° FOV and a lens separation similar to the average eye separation (around 6.5cm). There are currently no camera able to do this.

The Fuji W1 & W3 and other 3D cameras have lens separation that is close to the one needed, but you'd need to use fisheye lens to get the appropriate FOV.
The GoPro 3D cameras can film in wide FOV but their interaxial is limited with the current design, it would be necessary to use a different attachement. It's not clear whether the optics will produced the same distortion than what is expected on the Rift too.
